Intentional Collaboration is the new thought leader model for individuals desirous of living a purpose-driven life to optimize their personal growth. It is tailored for those who are intentional in their pursuit to connect on a more meaningful level with people and the world around them. This unique one-on-one coaching program consists of an integrated 5-step system. Perks of the system include its adaptability to resolve self-imposed barriers, group dynamics amidst everyday life interactions and confidence acquired from knowledge gained to make sound choices. Intentional Collaboration maximizes team synergy and holds self-accountability of both the leader and team members to exude their best and to lead by example. Such behavioral modification fosters an atmosphere, where all team members want to participate and endorse the philosophy that teamwork makes the dream work despite of a myriad of cultural backgrounds, religious doctrines and personality traits. Through strategic coaching Intentional Collaboration teaches the mechanisms of how to coexist together harmoniously through effective collaboration.
Who are you?
The coaching starts with a baseline analysis to determine your attitude, perception of the world from previous conditioning and how you see yourself in it. The findings will determine how ready you are to take control over your life, to collaborate with others and identify which specific areas you may need an intervention in to best effectively and efficiently work with others while becoming self-empowered. Such detailed analysis will help you grasp greater comprehension of self and how your opinions and belief system may be best articulated in a group with diametrically opposed views.
Additionally, the Intentional Collaboration model believes health is wealth. How we feel within often is expressed externally. It will determine how pleasantly we feel about ourselves and how we then communicate with others. This phenomenon is addressed through assessment of nutritional intake, daily routines and monitoring exercise engagement to evaluate your physical stamina and emotional stability so you know how to be more relaxed and in your “flow” all day long.
How do you do you?
“We are all born original, but most people die a carbon copy,” says motivational guru Les Brown. Intentional Collaboration helps you discover your natural voice, thinking patterns, and style while achieving mastery of how to empathize and connect with individuals who look at things differently than you and posses alternate personality traits. The model delves deep into various styles of perception and illustrates how you can modify your and others’ ability to refocus attention, systematically sort data, and be open to creative thinking while processing information in an unbiased manner. Intentional Collaboration helps you to pinpoint outer triggers you can employ to vacillate between the three thinking “modes”: Open, Sorting and Focused. Although there are slight nuances between them, each manifestation is contingent upon the personality traits of the subject.
We use similar models to identify your thinking talents, problem solving methods and preferred way of analyzing. In the process we show you that there are other ways of thinking, problem solving, and analyzing so you can figure out where you are and respect those around you who may be ready to add value in ways you don’t currently recognize.
Intentional Collaboration then examines the individuals and influencers in your inner circle. Such acquaintance gives one the comfort to communicate in away they understand, so your collaborators don’t have to “switch gears” to understand you. The associated benefits of such rapport are particularly clear in problem solving, pursuing a shared vision, product creation and event planning.
Discovering yourself
Self-discovery is a life long process. The good news is Intentional Collaboration gives you greater tools and a skill set to navigate the world more optimistically. It teaches you how to achieve flexibility in rigid circumstances, analyze yourself as well as the external world, identify commonality in conflict, and build synergistic goals. Ultimately, Intentional Collaboration teaches you how to become a solution and resolution seeker and not be a part of the problem. Our training helps you to rediscover yourself, how to best communicate with the people around you and work through different thought processes, all of which have their own models. We also take an intricate look at how one’s demographic and cultural beliefs influence their actions to determine their value system.
A New Golden Rule
The Golden Rule for many of us has been: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Intentional Collaboration opposes this distressed mode of thinking, as it does not adequately apply to the society in which we live. We propose: Do unto others as They would like done unto Them. We believe it’s time to end such assumptive behavior thinking that we know best what other people think and want. It is time to remove our self-interest and receive the information they’ve been telling us all along. The time has come that we acknowledge their voices, position and provide affirmation that their message has been received.
Where are you?
The coaching consists of an intensive 12-week program. It is centered on self-assessment, teaching you the core essentials of how people think, identifying where you are within each model, where the individuals you work with are in the model, and how to interact with them with clarity so that you and the people you work with are understood as well. Our coaching system will also help you identify “blind spots” that can impact your individual thinking and collective navigation of the group. The identification of these spots will be addressed to help you achieve balance as an individual and to become a more effective team member within your group by offering better solutions resulting from a wider approach.
You found it
By the end of the coaching period you will see yourself and the world with brand new lenses. You will have discovered yourself in a more dynamic way from utilizing the tools and knowledge acquired. You will analyze and interpret the world differently which will ensure a greater sense of freedom. Not only will you have a newfound respect, understanding and appreciation for those around you, you’ll reinterpret the Golden Rule differently. You will now subscribe to the notion, “Do unto others as they would like done unto them.” The beauty of it all is that you will learn how to value others and take comfort in knowing you will be fully acknowledged and understood.
